If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we'll provide a replacement air cooler at no additional cost to you. Our limited warranty covers the cost of any necessary repairs or replacements.

Please note that our limited warranty does not cover any issues that arise due to misuse or mishandling of the air cooler. We recommend that you follow the user manual instructions for use and maintenance of your air cooler to ensure its longevity and efficiency.

Please note our limited warranty for physical goods purchased from RENT HIGHWAY Cooler is valid Upto 365 days form the date of purchase.

Incase of Air Cooler Rental Service We will repair it in case of minor faults and in case of major breakdown we will replace it free of cost.
